We have signed an MOU

After five years and 20 lease negotiations LBGC has reached a deal with the owner of Beacon Pointe, a new affordable housing complex in Central Long Beach.  The MOU is for a 6,200 square feet, ground floor space which is now unoccupied. Accessibility was a very important feature we took into consideration for a potential space and this space delivers. The space is just a few steps away from the Anaheim Metro stop, has a bus stop in front, sits in front of a brand new dedicated bike lane, and has ample parking.

This is the opportunity we have been working toward. The first phase of the MOU requires us to reach at least 800 member/owners in the next four months. We currently have over 600 member/owners. The owners of the property have graciously given our community this opportunity and it is up to us to make it happen.
